Fine 1830s Antique Grand Tour French Scent Perfume Casket Stand Caddy Ormolu For Sale

This is an incredible one-of-a-kind antique Grand Tour era, French perfume/scent bottle caddy/casket. It has a button that allows the spring-loaded, glass-domed top to rise so you can take the bottles out. It is missing a few of the glass dangles on the edge, and the spring-load is a bit slow. However, mechanical issues can probably be fixed. It is an almost 200-year-old mechanism, so it may need some adjusting and oiling, etc. The scenes on the tops of the bottles are at least hand colored and may be hand-painted - please see the photos. The animal at the top appears to be a large cat. The overall height when the caddy/casket is closed is 11 1/2\". The overall width is 5 3/4\". The bottles measure 2 3/8\" tall.
