Original 1936 Summer Olympics film‑department badge from the XI Olympiad. The obverse shows the Brandenburg Gate above the five Olympic rings with the text “XI. Olympiade Berlin 1936 Filmabteilung Berlin”. One‑piece die‑struck vaulted nickel construction with red, black, and white enamel. Measures approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Reverse is maker‑marked “Rob. Neff Berlin W57” and fitted with a thin horizontal safety‑pin style fastener. Enamel remains strong with clean detail and no structural issues observed.
Condition: Excellent condition. Enamel intact with no cracks. Metal shows only minor handling consistent with age. Pin mechanism fully functional.
