Two Vintage German Scheibe Alsbach Porcelain Napoleon Guard Imperial Horse Statues.
The red guard with the drums missing the drum sticks, figurine has glued horse left ear, guard's head, and left arm. Please see pictures for details.
The blue guard has no issues detected.
They are about 11" X 9" X 3"
