Vintage Western “End of the Trail” Style Belt Buckle
Striking vintage oval Western belt buckle featuring a raised Native American rider on horseback in a composition reminiscent of the iconic “End of the Trail” motif.
The buckle has a beautiful two-tone design with a silver-tone textured background and raised brass/gold-tone details, including the central horse and rider, decorative scrollwork, border, and landscape accents. Intricate engraved and hand-tooled-style texturing gives the piece wonderful dimension and character.
Measures approximately 3.5” wide x 2.75” tall.
No visible maker’s mark or metal-content stamp. The gold-tone portions appear consistent with brass, but the exact metal composition has not been verified.
Good vintage condition with expected age-related patina, tarnish, surface wear, and oxidation, particularly on the reverse. These characteristics add to its authentic aged Western appearance. Please review all photos closely for exact condition and measurements.
