Nice sign, From the oil patch, naturally distressed.
Wear is consistent with age, About 12 1/2 X 8 inches
I washed it, and it did clean up, the new owner can wash it again to get it a bit cleaner if they desire.
It has some rust and edge chips and paint drip, holes have grommetsRuler not included
