Authentic 1990s KOOL Cigarettes Metal Standing Floor Ashtray & Trash Can Receptacle manufactured by Ex-Cell Metal Products Inc. (Chicago, IL).

• Removable Top Basin: Brushed aluminum recessed top dish holds ashtray sand for extinguishing cigarettes safely.

• Included Sand Bag: Comes with a sealed 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) bag of fine ashtray sand (packed 06/17/2016).
