Mexican Trancas geodes are probably the second-most popular geode from Mexico after the Coconut/Choyas geodes, and they typically have quartz interiors that frequently fluoresce a bright green to varying degrees under shortwave UV light (see sample pictures). Some of these geodes also have quartz growths/scepters and every once in a while calcite may be present. We have provided sample pictures and a video of the geode sizes and more common interiors - ones that you are most likely to receive specifically in Trancas/Chihuahua geodes once opened. The sample geodes in the pictures are not available for purchase and you cannot choose what interior you receive or how much fluorescence the geode will have, it is totally random.
