Info sent from an er... the makers name on the bottom of the tankard is for John Warne, Blackfriars Road. The company was active from 1793 to about 1910.
The stamp alongside the Pint of E crown R dates it to Edward 7th 1901 - 1910, LCC is for London County Council, the 4 is for the local issuing area weights & measures department, issued to ensure it held a pint.
