Small emblem - Possible 1940 - Likely interior mounted - unsure where - possible dash or seat back or ??

Has 2 mounting studs on back

Measures aprox 1- 1/2" tall by 1-9/16" wide

Mfg by Fox Co Cincinnati

Appears this is an extremely hard to find emblem ( other designs "Chrysler" and " Imperial" are far more common) - Very first one I have ever found -

NOTE: Photos make this appear larger than life - it is a small emblem see photo with emblem against the ruler at aprox 3/4"

Shows scratches nicks, and imperfections consistent with age
