There is a very popular online company that specializes in antique plates, collectibles and they have these listed for $79.95 each and only 1 plate of each design is available for purchase.
Shenango produced twelve total plates from the late 1940\'s to early 1960\'s. My father worked for the company in the early 1960\'s. Company only ran a limited amount each year. They weren\'t sure at first how popular they were going to be so the first three came out slowly and the were marked as the first, second and third plates. The remaining plates all say \"one of a series\", with the exception of 1963, which says \"last of a series\".Scenes from the story \"A Christmas Carol\" By Charles Dickens
Each plate measures approximately 9.5 inches, with gold trim. The glaze and gloss are excellent. No chips.
