Take a look at this beautiful old clock.It features the reddish mahogany wood case enhanced with the inlay design.The leaf inlay arches over the door and is also in a linear pattern across the base.All the wood is in very good condition including the back door. Hinges and glass are also fine.The case measures about 17 & 1/4" high by 13 & 1/2" wide and 8 & 1/4" deep.
The dial is marked GERMANY. The only flaw noted is the discoloration on the dial that I have not attempted to clean.The works are marked JUNGHANS and B07. The key marked GERMANY is included.The clock runs and chimes. There is the 5- rod chime/strike unit. The rich Westminster chime sounds every 15 minutes and sounds the hour.I am neither a clock hobbyist nor an expert. I would expect that the clockwill need some cleaning and adjustments after shipping.The German attention to detail is evident throughout. The clock is heavy; it weighs 16 pounds by itself.Packed carefully for safe shipping.
