Alf Comic 1st Issue Vintage 1988, Not a reprint For Sale

This was a goofy little comic my parents got me when I was 11 years old, I packed it up and put it away. Apparently there\'s a little audience for it, Anyone who collects 80s pop culture memorablia or if you just want something odd in your collection, this is the book for you. Graded at a CGC i saw it online for over 40 dollars.
