Antique Pilot House Cast Iron Gold Painted Eagle For Sale

Up for your description is an antique/vintage cast iron pilot house eagle. This piece comes from my parents estate. Unfortunately I don’t know much about it, except, it’s been in my dad’s office for years. He said it was a “pilot house eagle”. I. Not sure where he got it from. He was in the navy, so maybe it’s something he picked up along that time? This item is very heavy. It weighs 5.10lbs. It does have a bit of damage on the nose as shown in photos. It’s gold paint, or gold gilded paint, I’m not sure exactly. The eagle is approximately 6” x 6.5”. Lastly, I am not a collector. What I shared here with you is by sight, not knowledge of ownership.
