Artisans Historical Vintage Australian Opal Collection From 1940s - 157 Opal Lot For Sale

This majestic antique opal collection derives back from the 1940’s, obtained from the infamous artisan and artist colony that was located on Huckleberry Mountain in Hendersonville , NC. There are a total of 157 opals in this collection with 12 of them being doublets and the other 145 opals being solid. Everything as seen is original and has not been altered in any way. There are the original stamps located on the box including the original scammed templates printed on Halide paper. These opals derive from various mining fields including, Lightning Ridge, Lambina, Coober Pedy, and Mintabie.
