This item is precision 3D printed using a process known as fused depositional modeling (FDM). A 3D computer aided design model is processed into several two-dimensional, cross-sectional layers which are printed sequentially through the extrusion of molten plastic. These layers are then fused together to from the final product.

We use polylactic acid (PLA), an eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from natural fermented plant starch.

In order to reduce waste, every item is made to order. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, like any handmade product there may be slight imperfections.
