If graded, I'd say this book is a 4.0/4.5 or around that range. Front cover has spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), blunted corners (with chips in corners of spine), slight bindery tear at bottom staple, wear around edges (including chips/tears in bottom right hand corner - which appears to be some chew - that also affects some inside pages), some light creasing and folding, some scuffing, and light staining. Back cover has some spine ticks, wear around edges (including small tear on bottom/right hand side), very light creasing and folding, discoloration/tanning, scuffing and some light staining. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having small folds in corners, some light staining here and there/light scuffing and first 28 pages or so are affected by the chew issue (bottom corners have chipping/tears, resulting from chew).
