From his polka dotted suit, to his fabulous black cat lantern, and ruffled crepe paper collar, he exudes old fashioned Halloween. Standing tall at an impressive 19.25” with a protruding nose and lightly glittered enormous eyes and crooked black witches hat. Created for the Bethany Lowe Halloween line.
