This is the real thing I dug this up and immediately saw the face I took it to unlv and the description is as good as it gets the patina on it is definitely some type of skin several million years ago it shows a line down the middle of its face where half of it was ripped off that's why you can see the back of its eye the round eye is probably an implant of some sort its even has a hole where it's nasal cavity is you can even see very small teeth in its mouth this is the real thing.
