Rare c.1870s LOMAX Gothic Thumbprint & Sawtooth Oil Lamp Sun Purple Tinted Glass For Sale

• Lomax Gothic thumbprint & sawtooth patterned oil lamp with a Scoville burner & crimped top glass chimney
• Has the patented Lomax spill proof lip
• One small nick on the foot that we could find. No cracks. Needs a wipe down.
• The glass has a sun purpled tint to it and it is UV reactive
• Burner is a Scoville Rayo Queen Anne flip top (Scoville was contracted to make Rayo burners though B&H made the Rayo lamps). Thumbwheel turns freely.
• Chimney is a clear glass crimp top/put crust style. Wavy, old glass. No chips/cracks.
• 15.25" H full assembled.
