This elegant statement of cutting edge design brings to mind my first Bang & Olfsen AM/FM radio receiver purchased in the early 1970s. A heavy top on full piano hinge is machined of thick aluminum stock with a satin brushed finish. The canted front edge overhangs a beautifully grained solid walnut case.
