Good condition. The lid has a piece out of it under the rim and a small crack that does not go through. See pictures and description.
This is a genuine METLOX piece with gold seals. NOT a Holland Mold creation. A Holland Mold cabbage (hobbyist piece) has a FLAT bottom. Metlox bottoms are indented as this one is.
Fully intact 3 quart tureen shaped like a head of cabbage with matching lid topped with a red tomato handle.
The lid has some issues. Under the lid there is a 1" chunk missing but it does not affect the use or beauty of the piece.There is a 1 1/2" long light crack in the glaze on top of the lid that does not go through.
