Very Early Pre BUF British Fascist Lapel Badge 1923-25 For Sale

An extremely early version of the first pattern of lapel badge adopted by the British Fascists.

This was the badge used between 1923 and 1934.

However, the design received a registration number 711791 in 1925, so this badge dates from before this.

The badge itself is brass, featuring a fasces on a red enamel field, with a white border bearing the motto “WE HOLD TOGETHER”

There is minor discolouration but no major damage to the enamel. There is minor oxidisation to the rear, as seen in the photos. The badge has not been cleaned and is sold in completely original condition.

This item is a genuine original historical artefact, unlike 90% of badges listed online.
