Vintage 18”Vanity Mirror Tray & Annick Goutal Ornate Covered Candle Holder Rare For Sale

I purchased this beautiful tray and Annik Goutal candle set from Neiman Marcus in Chicago mid 80’s. The candle is long gone but Goutal sells fragrant refills.

The Vanity commands attention with its mirror surface and golden trim of rope chord and tassels. The bottom is velvet like to protect the surface where displayed.

The Crystal Annick candle holder has a heavy bottom and eight gold painted trimmings. It holds a 4 2/3 oz candle.

The ornate Annick Goutal top is composed of layers of Annick’s golden leaves finished with a butterfly finial. The underside of the lid has 4 projections to secure lid to holder. It is a spectacular piece of artistry.

This may have been a very limited edition since extensive search has not revealed a match.

The condition of all three pieces (tray, container, top) is very good for vintage. There is normal wear on bottom of tray. Please review photos or ask for additional as this sale is final and priced accordingly.
