Vintage 1941 Railroad Wage Poster Framed Train USA For Sale

Vintage Railroad Wage Order poster from the department of labor.

There is water damage to the top of the poster. The frame is wood and has screw holes from where it was hanged.

There is duct tape on the back of the frame

Looks like there was some sort of repair on the washington dc lettering, but I don't know if that was done at the initial hanging or not.

Frame is 11.25 inches wide by 16.25 inches tall

The opening is 9.25 inches wide by 14.5 inches tall
