Vintage BORGHESE Federal Style Eagle Bookend with Black Felt Base For Sale

This 20th century vintage bookend from BORGHESE is an historic piece that exudes elegance and sophistication. The eagle is depicted with widely spread wings and arched head, turned to the side. Rendered in a Federal style, with a black felt base and gold stars on the bottom, this Borghese eagle bookend is similar to those seen on the Oval Office desk of John F. Kennedy during his presidency.

Dimension/Measurement: 8.5"H x 5.5"W and 3" in depth excluding the metal foot which lays under the books. Weight 1.12 lbs.
