.CONDITION NOTES: FINE.  No tears or weak points.  Fresh clean paper with some toned folds.  Small tear where wax seal was opened. .
NOTES: The writer complains about a bait and switch situation perpetrated by a Mr. Balah Mat who offered a good quality coal to the writer\'s firm, but after arrival of the cargo on the Schooner Hamlet at Bristol Rhode Island, writer says, the coal has no value and does not match the sample. \"Very very poor quality\"  ...thus a strongly worded letter notifying the law firm Noble Hammitt & Co. of Philadelphia
